  3. Spoke with Mara (Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP) about the situation with Hostelling International San Diego Peace Building Conference and our trademark application
  4. Received internship applications from Internships.com
  5. Received reply from Sue (Executive Director at Hostelling International San Diego) about the receipt of my email from yesterday
  6. Received email from Sue, who told me that all FGCNP information had been removed from media associated with the conference
  7. Checked the Hostelling International San Diego’s website and found that the FGCNP logo is still part of the peace conference’s sponsor-logo collage
  8. Replied to Sue with an attachment of the web page on which the FGCNP logo appears, reiterated that we did not give Andrea Carter our permission to use FGCNP information in connection with the conference and our request to remove all FGCNP information from all media associated with the conference
  9. An hour later, Sue replied and I verified that the FGCNP logo was finally removed from the HISD website
  10. I wrote to Sue and thanked her for her involvement in removing all FGCNP information for all media associated with the HISD Peace Building Conference
  11. Spoke with Steve (Board) and told him of everything that had taken place regarding the conference
  12. Forwarded the email exchanges I had with HISD to Steve
