- Spoke with Sue about terms and conditions appropriate for the Foundation’s site. She told me about the latest EU legislation regarding cookies and will provide us with some guidelines for the live-discussions section of the site
- Exchanged emails with Sue about two documents she sent me regarding UK privacy legislation and compliance and items she will be working on for the Foundation
- Exchanged emails with Mara about the promissory note forms she sent me

- Spoke with Mara about formalizing terms of financial transactions, about which she will send me her list of questions and l agreed to send her the Foundation’s business plan, which I did later during the day
- Met with Kunzang (internship applicants from the New Jersey Institute of Technology) to sign the Confidentiality Agreement, but we had to postpone to the next day due to a glitch
- Sent Mara and Jackie the new logo I created (as I had not heard back from Masayo since we talked about signing a Confidentiality Agreement and IP Transfer Agreement for the logo) so their colleague can draw up an IP Transfer Agreement
