  2. Completed the 2010 and 2011 Annual Filing for Charitable Organizations (CHAR500) from the Charities Bureau
  3. Exchanged emails with the Charities Bureau about follow up question to our annual filings
  4. Emailed Mara (attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP) the filled CHAR500
  5. Emailed Lillian and Steve (Board) about our registration and annual filing with the Charities Bureau
  6. Spoke with Jackie (attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP) to set our phone appointment to finalize the 1023 (501(c)(3) filing)
  7. Exchanged emails with Mark (pro-bono CPA) to see if he has forgone working on the 1023 project
  8. Sent Mark the updated Foundation financials pertaining to the 1023, about which he emailed me later in the evening
  9. Exchanged emails with Lillian to set meeting appointment
  10. Spoke with Mara about faxing her the registration confirmation letter from the Charities Bureau and progress on the 1023
  11. Faxed Mara the registration confirmation letter from the Charities Bureau and received her confirmation about the receipt of my fax
  12. Continued writing internship notices for Summer 2012

  6. Submitted Foundation for inclusion in the Brown Paper Tickets’ list of supported charities
